Wisconsin's Oldest Dive Club has formed a team of volunteer divers for the purpose of coordinated underwater missing person searches. We may be a resource to law enforcement, fire departments, county dive teams and families whenever the need may arise. Neptune's Search & Recovery Team of volunteer divers provides their skills without expectation of compensation as a way of giving back to the communities in which we live and enjoy recreational diving.

The team is comprised of divers with varying degrees of training, including Dive Instructors, Divemasters, Advanced Divers, Ice Divers and Rescue Divers. Many have search & recovery experience, search grid recording, incident command communications training and experience coordinating efforts with law enforcement and professional dive teams.

The Neptune Search & Recovery Team expressly respect priorities of law enforcement and other government authorities and professional dive teams. We offer our services in either a support or lead capacity but never of interference. Should you need to contact us for our services or inquire more about our Dive Club, please contact any of our club officers, or contact Incident Commander Mark Schroeder directly.
